Outcomes?

Highly personalised and tailored to the needs of each and every participant.  Our progammes kick off with an online resilience diagnostic assessment.

Interactive & engaging sessions held weekly for two months with the option of joining a resilience community following the programme.

Ongoing support is provided to apply learnings in daily life. We work with an app based on latest research in neuroscience, powered by Driven.

A personalised resilience toolkit develops and is supported by the learning community created with all the particpants on the programme.

I felt a pull this year to take hold of the things that were getting in the way of my ability to be consistent. I was stuck in a cycle of putting my whole self into work projects that would negatively impact my health and wellbeing and personal relationships. I constantly yo-yoed between high energy and burn out and I realised something needed to change but I didn't know what. With the help of Cathy and Audra and my team of peers in the sessions I was able to better understand what it means to build resilience, identify the actions that I needed to take to work towards better balance and consistency and practice putting these things into practice between sessions. The sessions provided a safe space to share our personal discoveries and frustrations/wins and it was incredible to experience such impactful change over such a short space of time.
