Building Resilience Muscle Programme

Here we take a deep dive into what resilience is and how we can each cultivate our own resilience in support of our wellbeing and flow. This programme can be run over two, four or six months depending on the needs of the leaders and their teams.

The Resilience Booster Programme

At times we need some fresh ideas to try whilst also reminding us of our existing knowledge and experience that we can tap into and give our resilience the boost it needs. This programme takes place over 4 weeks and can be organised either for leaders or for teams.
